Scott has an extensive background working with professional athletes, pre and post surgical cases, as well as work injuries and orthotic management. He has years of teaching experience as a Professor of Anatomy and Physiology and has worked in every professional setting possible. He brings a determined, but encouraging energy to each patient encounter as well as his many community and civic endeavors.

Andrea attended Pacific Lutheran University where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and then Eastern Washington University where she earned a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. She joined the Swift Team in 2008 and uses her experience as a collegiate softball player to quickly identify with athletes and their unique injuries. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids camping, fishing and watching NASCAR.

Kassaundra “Kassy” Larson, PTA, blends passion and precision in her physical therapy practice. She earned her Associate of Arts from Wenatchee Valley College, followed by a Bachelor’s in Physical Health & Wellness from Eastern Oregon University. Kassy then completed her Physical Therapist Assistant degree at Whatcom Community College. Based in Richland, Washington, she is committed to empowering each patient toward their wellness goals. Off the clock, Kassy is a Disney super-fan, an avid dog lover and former competitive basketball player—traits that reflect her energetic spirit, teamwork, and dedication. She brings that same enthusiasm to every patient interaction.

Flavio attended Washington State University and graduated with a Kinesiology degree before attending Green River College where he received his Physical Therapist Assistant Training. He is bilingual in Spanish and enjoys an active lifestyle which includes several years of sports and outdoor activities primarily baseball and football.

Desirae attended Central Washington University and received a Bachelor’s in Arts in Biology and a Bachelor’s in Science in Clinical Physiology with a minor in Exercise Science. She attended University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences and graduated with honors with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy.
She played on Columbia Basin College Women’s Soccer team and with Yakima United, a semi-pro team. Desirae has her CrossFit Level 1, USA Weightlifting Level 1, and i99 Gymnastics Coaching Certificate. She has attended the Clinical Athlete Weightlifting Coach Certification course and in her free time, she enjoys CrossFit, weightlifting, and soccer.
Angela Ahlemeyer, MS, PTA

Prior to her PTA education at PIMA Medical Institute in Seattle, Angie graduated from Utah State University with an MS in Cardiac Rehabilitation and Adult Fitness while completing a two year internship in the athletic training department. She has worked in cardiac rehab, pediatric sports medicine, orthopedics and gait evaluation as an Exercise Specialist in designing exercise programs as well as casting and fitting of orthotics. She spent 12 years in the Issaquah School District working with children with special needs and disabilities of varying degrees supporting them in classroom, playground and physical education environments. She leads a very active lifestyle which includes hiking, paddle boarding and golf as well as spending time with family and friends.
