Amber Childers, PTA

Amber is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Washington State. She graduated from Oregon State University with a Bachelor’s in Exercise & Sports Science. Later she earned her degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant and was a strong supporter of the PTA Licensure Bill that was passed in 2007. After earning her degree, she developed her skills in Spokane as a staff PTA and joined the team Swift Rehabilitation in 2003. She skillfully helps to manage our offices and has recently taken over the responsibilities as Operations Manager. Her professional education has included:
Amber enjoys working with patients in an outpatient setting. She passionately develops rehabilitation protocols that will restore patients to their prior level of function as quickly as possible. She has and will continue her growth in the physical therapy field with continuing education, evidence-based practice, and experience. |
Christina Garner, DPT, PT

Chrissy is a licensed physical therapist in the state of Washington. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Whitworth College and later earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Eastern Washington University. While at Eastern Washington University she completed four internships in acute care/outpatient orthopedics, acute care/outpatient wound care, outpatient neuromuscular rehabilitation, and outpatient orthopedics. Chrissy began her career with Swift Rehabilitation as a staff physical therapist and quickly took over clinic manager tasks at our Kennewick location. Chrissy currently works with patients with work-related injuries, orthopedic injuries, neuromuscular diseases, and sports injuries. She specializes in a comprehensive approach to patient care and has become recognized as a community leader in neurological pathologies. Her recent professional classes have included courses in Diagnosis and Treatment of Movement Impairment Syndromes, Manual Therapy of the Lumbopelvic spine, Hip, Knee & Ankle, and Plyometrics for Sports Rehabilitation. In June 2007 she completed a concentrated education series specifically designed to incorporate manual techniques into the outpatient setting. Chrissy has a passion for patients with neurological pathologies and desires to help them restore their highest possible level of function. She is a certified clinical instructor and is anxious to train professional students. She has and will continue her growth in the physical therapy field with continuing education, evidence based practice, experience, and membership in the American Physical Therapy Association. |
Johanna Oneal, MPT, PT

78Johanna Oneal is a licensed physical therapist in the state of Washington and Idaho. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in Physical Education with an emphasis in Sports medicine from Eastern Washington University and went on to earn her Masters in Physical Therapy. Johanna began her career as a physical therapist at St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center in Lewiston, ID as a staff therapist. In Lewiston she had the pleasure of working with large variety of patients from children to geriatrics more specifically she worked in acute care, sub acute care, outpatient rehab, home health, and was especially involved in the wound care team. She also earned her credentials as a clinical instructor. Johanna moved to the Tri-Cities in February 2007 to join the Swift Team and advance her skills while working with orthopedics, work related injuries, pre/post surgical rehab, general reconditioning, vestibular rehab, and neurologic patients.
Johanna has a strong drive and desire to work with people to assist them during their recovery from injury and facilitate their return to the activities they enjoyed. She has and will continue her growth in the physical therapy field with continuing education, evidence based practice and experience. |
Michael Miller, DPT, PT

Michael Miller is a licensed physical therapist in the state of Washington. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in Human Biology from Eastern Washington University and then went on to earn his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Eastern Washington University. After earning his Doctorate, he worked at Tri-City Court Club and joined the team at Swift Rehabilitation in September 2007. Michael is certified by the Cincinnati Sports Medicine and Orthopedics in the Sportsmetrics Jump Program. He specializes in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation, and recently sat for the Orthopedic Clinical Specialist examination, which is an 8-hour test. In addition, he just recently completed an examination titled, “Current Concepts of Orthopedic and Manual Therapy,” which gave him 84 contact hours of continuing education. His most recent professional classes have included courses in Manual Therapy, Orthopedic Therapy, and Sportsmetrics with multiple courses completed through the North American Institute of Orthopedic and Manual Therapy. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association. Michael places his emphasis in education. He just recently became a certified clinical instructor and is eager to pass on his knowledge of orthopedic, work-related, and sports injuries to professional students. |
Scott Lynch, MPT, PT

Scott is a licensed Physical Therapist in Washington State. He graduated with honors from the University of Montana with a degree in Psychology. He then went onto Loma Linda University and again graduated with honors with a Bachelor’s in Health Science and a Master’s in Physical Therapy. Scott opened Swift Rehabilitation in December 2002 and it has quickly grown to three clinics: Richland, Kennewick, and Pasco. He just returned from the Physical Therapy National Conference in San Antonio and is eager to implement the latest treatment techniques. |

Andrea Schmitt, DPT, PT

Andrea is a licensed physical therapist in the state of Washington. She obtained her bachelor's degree in 2005 from Pacific Lutheran University and then went on to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Eastern Washington University. Andrea did her final residency with Swift Rehabilitation in the spring of 2008 and we were pleased to have her join our staff in July 2008. |
Morgan Eaton, MA, PT, CSCS
Morgan Eaton is a licensed physical therapist in the state of Washington. He earned spent some time in California and earned two degrees. After settling in the Tri-Cities earned his degree in physical therapy. Morgan has years of experience in the medical field and over 17 years in physical therapy. He has worked in inpatient and outpatient settings and currently specializes in outpatient orthopedic treatment. While at Kadlec Hospital he was the director of the inpatient and outpatient physical therapy programs. In 2002 he joined Scott Lynch to open Swift Rehabilitation and has continued to play a vital role in the company. His most recent professional classes have included courses in Customer Service and Spanish for Physical Therapy. He just completed the certification for Strength and Conditioning Specialist. |
